Description:
A 12,000 square feet maintenance/administration building designed to house
mechanical and electrical maintenance personnel for City of Houston 69th Street
WWTP. Facility included separate maintenance offices, storage and work areas,
technical libraries, break rooms, toilet/shower facilities and separate area
for ground/yard equipment and operations. |

Services Provided:
Structural
design of miscellaneous improvements including a new electrical control
building, elevator repair/replacement for the administration building, dryer
silos and fertilizer plant building, including new water and air particulate
proof vestibule.
Designed covered equipment storage yard to house trucks, tractors, front-end
loaders etc.
