Mr. Ratnala oversees the company’s everyday operations and provides strategic direction.  Mr. Ratnala has more than 35 years of diversified, progressive civil engineering experience.  Mr. Ratnala has provided professional engineering services to the Industrial, Commercial and Governmental markets segments for more than thirty years.  He has performed civil and structural engineering designs and managed many types of projects, including high-rise buildings, city and county roads and bridges, oil/gas and petrochemical production facilities (national and international), storm and sanitary sewers, and waterlines.  He is proficient in applications of state-of-the-art Computer Aided Drafting and Design technologies.  Ratnala has successfully managed a start up and rapidly growing private business enterprise in a highly competitive business environment.

Mr. Bahl manages the key client relationships, markets the company’s cababilities, and directs the company’s growth initiatives.  Mr. Bahl has more than 25 years of diversified engineering and surveying experience as a design engineer, project engineer, project manager and department manager.  Mr. Bahl has gained considerable experience in all phases of wastewater treatment, pumping facilities and wastewater collection system projects, including planning, budget preparation, scheduling, facilities design and preparation of construction documents, bidding, contract administration, project closeout, startup and quality control.
